Let's follow sculptor Michelangelo and the painter Caravaggio as we absorb their works first in London, next in Paris, and finally in Rome. Along the way we shall notice how the French and British borrowed imperial Roman architectural styles (who borrowed it from the Egyptians and the Greeks). Oh, and we get to sample Italian and French cuisine as well as basic English pub grub! |
